These comfortable ROOMS have all the main requirements for a lifestyle of your choice and affordability. The choice of Fan only or Fan and Air-con, is only the beginning. The studio has a separate hot water shower, humane toilet with bum washer, hand basin and a mirror above it.

The main area has a double bed, Fridge, A kettle for that cuppa tea or coffee, soap and shampoo, fan, ceiling extract fan, open fronted wardrobe with copious hangers, a big desk for laptop etc, a large mirror and a stool to sit on whilst you are at work … or play. Outside there is a terrace with a clothes dryer rack, table, bench seat and 2 reclined seats, for your relaxing periods.. The area is quiet at night, but also close to all the main food stores, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and entertainments.
